So many people in the world today are dealing with the menace called asthma, but what’s so sad is that they do not know the cause or origin of this disease. Asthma is a disease caused by fungi invasion into the system of a human being making the person to become immunuocompromised. This disease is a long-term disease and sadly it has no cure.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reports that rates of asthma in the United States are soaring, such that today, 1 in 12 people has it . 
What triggers up Asthma? 
It’s caused by fungi which means that it is triggered off by allergies. Asthma disease is a respiratory disease which means that anything in the air can trigger it and induce an asthma trauma attack. Most time people with asthma off get attacks when they inhale poisonous fumes like those from a car exhaust. 
Does Antibiotics cure or prevent Asthma?
Negative. Asthma is caused by fungi not bacteria and antibiotics cures bacterial infections. Some people have given testimony to the fact that antibiotics such as Azithromycin. From studies and analysis most people who use this have history of a bacterial infection such as pneumonia infection. 
What is the best cure for Asthma in Asthmatic patients 
There are a few basic steps to do:

  • Use an inhaler which contains corticosteroids which is a powerful Medicine for long term asthma. 
  • Avoid anything that triggers the attack must especially smoke. 
  • Always have a regular visit to your Doctor.
  • Eat a well confirmed balanced diet. 
  • Do a heart exercise such as slight jogging. 
  • Sleep proper, never allow yourslf to be stressed.
